Henry at Reception was about the best thing: very accommodating. Changed rooms easily to make my stay better. Other staff very polite and friendly. I stayed Jan 6-14, 2025. Location couldn’t be better: quiet street, lots of foot traffic, felt very safe. Hotel had many good features: 2 elevators, wide stairs with secure handrails, quality toilet paper, soap/conditioner dispensers are easy to use, bathroom counters are spacious, privacy and blockout shades were great, mattresses are very comfy and includes both firm and soft pillows. A large portable heater kept me very warm. Directly across the street is an excellent breakfast /lunch restaurant and pizza restaurant next to it. 30+ restaurants within in 2-3 blocks. Parque 93 is 1+ blocks away. Would stay here again!!!

Very usefull at night since during our stay the weather was warmer than usual. Need to mention that among all of our friends, my room was the only one with AC.

Many walkable restaurants, although expensive by Colombian standards. I think for the location it is a decent value, but I haven't compared many rates.
